My favourite sunglasses developed a crack and I turned to The Sunglass Fix for replacement lenses, as they came up in my Internet search. I found the model and took measurements which appeared to be the 68mm in the item description. Lenses arrived beautifully packaged and well presented. Apparently I needed 65mm lenses- a small difference for someone who doesn't know what they're measuring to discern, but enough that the new lenses weren't right for the frames. Disappointed (but at no fault of The Sunglass Fix) I reached out and was offered a return/refund or, if I sent my glasses to them, custom fitted lenses. I returned the new lenses as well as shipped my glasses to them. A couple weeks after they arrived, I had tracking information to the glasses headed my way. They arrived well packaged. They even put in new nosepads for me (an added and unexpected bonus). Overall, a fantastic experience and a great product. I'm excited to be rocking these glasses again.
